Booking Process & Technician Arrival
Instant Booking Confirmation
You will receive confirmation via SMS and email with technician details.
Qualified Technicians
All technicians are experienced, background-checked, and wear HelloSTAR.xyz uniforms.
On-time Guarantee
We aim to arrive within the promised time window.
Important Guidelines
- • Provide accurate address and contact number during booking.
- • Ensure access to the service area (AC unit, car, etc.).
- • Services are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
- • We do not provide emergency services after 6:00 PM.
Live Service Tracking
After booking confirmation, you can track your technician’s arrival in real-time through your account. You will also receive live updates via SMS when the technician is on the way.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 1 hour before the service.
- Late Cancellation: 50% service charge may apply if cancelled less than 2 hours before arrival.
