In Dhaka City, technicians usually arrive within 60–90 minutes. Outside Dhaka, it may take 2–4 hours depending on location and availability.
Q.What if the technician is late?
If the technician does not arrive within the promised time window, you can request a full refund or reschedule the service at no extra cost.
Q.Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 2 hours may incur a 50% charge.
Q.How do I track my service?
After booking, go to 'My Bookings' in your account. You can see live updates and get notified when the technician is on the way.
Q.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on service completion (for selected services).
