When Can You Get a Refund?
Full Refund
- Service cancelled by HelloSTAR.xyz or technician
- Technician does not arrive within the promised time window
- Service not completed due to technician’s fault
- Booking cancelled more than 2 hours before scheduled time
Partial Refund / No Refund
- Customer cancels less than 2 hours before service
- Service completed but customer is not satisfied with quality
- Customer provides wrong or incomplete address
- Service cancelled after technician has arrived

Service Quality Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please report it within 24 hours of service completion with clear photos or evidence. Our team will investigate and may offer:
- Free re-service (if possible)
- Partial or full refund (case by case)

How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your HelloSTAR.xyz account and go to My Bookings
- Select the completed or cancelled booking
- Click on “Request Refund” and provide reason + supporting evidence (if needed)
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
